RICK NELSON

Rick grew up in Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning (1994), as well as the Madison Area Technical College.

With a considerable amount of professional experience, Rick has worked in a variety of environments that range from small, three-person practices, to large corporate firms with over a hundred employees. This diversity has given Rick the opportunity to expand his depth and breadth of architectural and design knowledge on everything from small residential additions to multi-million dollar office buildings, schools, hospitals, and religious facilities.

Rick, a Senior Project Manager, has been with Granoff Architects since 2001. His responsibilities in the office include design development, construction administration, and he also manages the firm’s computer aided design (CAD) systems.

In his free time, he’s having a great time with his family and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and bike riding. He continues to increase his personal architecture library and expand his considerable music collection. He is–and plans to stay–a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan.
