Steven O’Hara

Steven found his way to architecture after initially pursuing an education in mathematics, ultimately graduating magna cum laude from Syracuse University School of Architecture. Since then, he has worked at the award-winning firms Garrison Architects and Bohlin Cywinski Jackson. His experience spans hospitality, residential, and retail, all sharing a common thread of careful detailing and craft.

After gaining a new perspective on the building industry by working as an owner’s representative in New York City, Steven returned to his love of practicing architecture at Granoff Architects in 2023. He is passionate about creating a collaborative environment with building and design professionals that leads to a seamless process from inception to completion.

Steven lives with his family in Westchester, NY, finding time to practice his hobbies of boxing and skateboarding whenever he can. He also serves on the Architectural Review Board in the town of Lewisboro, NY, and volunteers with the Vista Hamlet Stewardship Council. He is a Registered Architect in the state of NY.
