With more than two decades of residential design experience, Chris joined Granoff Architects in April of 2010.
During the course of his career, Chris has developed an unwavering commitment and attention to details. He has managed projects ranging from a Georgia plantation home in the town of Arlington, to a grand shingle style home in Greenwich, CT, to a penthouse apartment in New York City. From the exterior form to the interior millwork, Chris believes that the details of the home are of paramount importance.
Incorporating sustainable building technologies into residential design is an integral design priority. Because Chris understands the difficulties of today’s ever-challenging technologies, he is diligent in his studies of the latest green trends, techniques and products. His knowledge has served him well during his close working relationship with the various technical consultants that are part of every project.
In 2000, Chris received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Philadelphia University. He subsequently cofounded (and currently serves on the Board of Trustees) for the Ian McCambridge Tupper Scholarship fund. He has been a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics. Chris enjoys challenging himself as an endurance athlete participating in events such as obstacle course racing and numerous ultra-events in and outside the tri-state area. He and his family currently reside in Cheshire, CT.
